I feel like I’m an inconvenience to them every single time I pick up my prescriptions. I have only had a good experience with one lady there ONE time. She is a younger black lady, and she was very kind and happy. Please.. Most of the people you see, picking up their prescriptions are dealing with serious health issues. That is hard enough for them… One day I saw a man picking up his wife’s prescriptions, and they were rude to him… Please just step back and think about these people.. We all have worked too and been unhappy at work… It’s not that hard to put a smile on your face and help makes someone’s day a little bit better.

I waited as employees talked to each other. I was not acknowledged or spoken to, Chris walked up to the register and scanned my things without one word. This is not customer service, and if I could rate no stars, I would. The store is dirty, employees aren’t wearing masks, and I will not be back. Not what I’ve come to expect from Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy.

Walgreens Pharmacy and its employees are the most helpful and friendly staff I ever met…. their customer service exceeds every other pharmacy! They are truly a small-town pharmacy in the modern age… who still value their customers.. great job!!
I can’t believe how this pharmacy operates. I was signed up for the one on Bellevue, but they moved to this address. Was I told? No. Was my medicine still delivered to me? No. Was I given the new number to check and see why? No. This is not good business. I wonder how many other people are not getting their medicine. I liked that they would bring the medicine to me, but after this, I’m going back to my old pharmacy.
